Please return within 14days for a full refund or exchange of your merchandise.
The goods must be in its original condition with the rubber bands in tacit and not removed from its bundles.
If the hair has been installed. Washed, dyed or applied product to the hair or closures we will not issue a refund as this will be classed as not in its original condition.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs we do not reimburse any additional shipping charges, customs or duties that may accur by a third party.
Lost order
Once we have sent out your order and we have confirmation from the courier it has been lost we will issue a full refund.
Please note you are responsible for the return costs or any duties, customs and taxes that may occur by a third party we will not reimburse the costs. if your return is lost please contact your courier we are not liable for lost return in transit and can not issue a refund.
Orders temporarily held in Customs or transit do not qualify for a refund unless lost.
Please allow the full processing and delivery period 14 days UK and 16 days international before contacting the team to inquire of your parcel. Please check with your courier first.
We do not take any responsibility for Parcels damaged in transit and do not issue a refund pls contact your courier service provider.
Uk ORDERS
Once you are approved for a refund a return label will be issued.
Please allow 3-7 days to process your return.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Once approved you will be issued a shipping label customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Please allow 7-10 days to process your order.
Delivery times:
You will receive notification on delivery and tracking once your order has been processed.
Once your parcel is in the hands of the courier and you have a tracking number we cannot be held responsible for any parcel delays that may accrue.
We cannot refund orders in transit.

Due to high volume of shipments and COVID 19 Restrictions impacting couriers, receiving your purchase could take 14 days. And to receive on the extreme end, it could take 3 – 4 weeks.

Once we receive your returned hair purchase it will go through an inspection process to make sure it meets the return condition policy requirements.
